Domenica 2 marzo si sono riuniti presso l’Eco-Charity Garden i membri delle comunità del MASCI (Movimento Adulti Scout Cattolici Italiani) Lazio in occasione dell’Uscita regionale di cammino giubilare “Il coraggio della Speranza”.
Il numeroso gruppo, dopo essersi riunito presso la chiesa di San Saba, ha fatto tappa all’Eco-Charity Garden per circa due ore; al gruppo in visita è stata illustrata la storia della Casa Generalizia e della Congregazione delle Suore della Carità di Santa Giovanna Antida Thouret, dopo di che per i visitatori è stato possibile visitare il parco e svolgere le proprie attività in autonomia.
Perseguendo l’obiettivo di diffondere il tema dell’Ecologia Integrale nelle varie comunità del territorio, Eco-Charity Garden è disponibile e promuove proposte di collaborazione con gruppi sensibili a tematiche inerenti la natura e la vocazione per l’aiuto del prossimo.
Nello specifico caso del movimento MASCI, confidiamo che l’esperienza di domenica 2 marzo sia solo la prima di una serie di progetti e iniziative comuni da condividere con tutti gli altri visitatori di Eco-Charity Garden che potranno beneficiaredei frutti di questa collaborazione

MASCI Lazio visits the Eco-Charity Garden
On Sunday, March 2, the members of the MASCI (Catholic Adult Scout Movement of Italy) Lazio communities gathered at the Eco-Charity Garden for the regional pilgrimage outing “The Courage of Hope”.
The large group, after gathering at the Church of San Saba, made a stop at the Eco-Charity Garden for about two hours; during the visit, the group was given a history of the General House and the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Giovanna Antida Thouret, after which the visitors had the opportunity to tour the park and carry out their activities independently.
With the goal of spreading the theme of Integral Ecology in the various communities of the territory, Eco-Charity Garden is available and promotes collaboration proposals with groups sensitive to issues related to nature and the vocation to help others.
In the specific case of the MASCI movement, we trust that the experience of Sunday, March 2, is only the first of a series of common projects and initiatives to share with all the other visitors of the Eco-Charity Garden who will benefit from the fruits of this collaboration.
